Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is required from your doctor. We are registered ACC providers and we can lodge a claim for you.

Is there parking available?
3 allocated car parks outside clinic
OR
Park directly across the road (at the Plant Barn/Daily bread turn in) BUT use the unmarked parking before the wall starts (avoid parking along tow away/reserved parking signs)
Can I claim treatment costs through my Southern Cross medical insurance?
We are an accredited Easy-Claim provider with Southern Cross Healthcare. This enables us to do a quick check online to see if any Southern Cross member is eligible for any treatment cover. If so, we can bill Southern cross directly online - saving the hassle of any paperwork!
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please wear or bring comfortable clothing that would allow us to access the injury site so we can better assess and treat you. Eg singlet/shorts.
If you have any relevant documentation regarding your injury such as a ACC claim form, medical reports, imaging reports or specialist reports please bring these along.
Can I bring a friend or family member to my appointment?
You are more than welcome to have a friend, family or translator accompany you to your treatment. We also have books and toys to keep any little ones entertained if you have your child with you.
