What do we do?
Physiotherapists aim to restore, maintain and maximise your strength and function through education, exercise and a variety of treatment techniques.
At your initial consultation, we will ask you questions regarding your injury, general health and perform a thorough examination to guide our diagnosis. This involves observing your current movement, strength and performing manual tests. We then guide you through a customised rehab plan which includes various forms of treatment and exercises.
Once you are on the road to recovery, we look “beyond the injury” to address that factors that will minimise the risk of re-injury.
We use a variety of evidence based Physiotherapy techniques as part of our treatment sessions. Your treatment will be tailored to your injury and can include a combination of the above.
